How does Genvision protect my carbon project data?+
All carbon project documents, PDDs, and monitoring reports are stored in isolated, encrypted environments. Your data is never accessible to other clients and is never used to train AI models. Access is strictly limited to your authorized team members only.
Does Genvision use my data to train AI models?+
No. Your proprietary carbon project documents and all uploaded content remain entirely yours. We do not use them to train or improve our AI models under any circumstances. This commitment is fundamental to how we've built Genvision.
Where is my data stored?+
Your data is hosted on AWS infrastructure with data centers in the EU, ensuring compliance with GDPR and strong data protection standards. We do not transfer your data outside the EU without your explicit consent.
Can I delete my data?+
Yes. You can export or delete your data at any time. When you delete data, it is permanently removed from our systems according to our retention policy. You'll have the opportunity to export everything before deletion.
Can I retain AI audit evidence for 10 years?+
Yes. Every check, finding, and source trace is exportable and stored in a format compatible with long-term audit retention requirements.
Could another client see my project data?+
No. Every client operates in a completely isolated environment. Cross-client data exposure is architecturally impossible.
What if my accreditation body asks how I use AI?+
We provide a procedural documentation package covering AI use, data privacy, and reproducibility - that you can present to your accreditor.
Could a mistake by the AI cost us our accreditation?+
Genvision is designed as a co-pilot, not an autonomous auditor. The AI surfaces findings and evidence, qualified humans make every decision. The platform explicitly flags AI outputs as requiring professional review before submission. All outputs include an on-platform disclaimer, and Genvision is not positioned as a certified auditor in any output or documentation.
